These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by PBN Backlink Service (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

PBN Backlink Service provides paid link-building services, including but not limited to guest post placements and niche edit (link insertion) placements on third-party websites within our vetted publisher network. Services are provided on a per-order basis as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

2. No Guarantee of Search Rankings

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or indexing timelines. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (including Google, Bing, and others) and are outside our control. Our service is limited to securing and delivering the backlink placement(s) described in your order.

3. Content Ownership and Responsibility

If you supply your own content for a guest post or niche edit, you represent that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe on any third party’s rights or violate any applicable law. If we write content on your behalf, ownership of the final published content transfers to the host publisher upon publication, consistent with standard guest-posting practice; you retain rights to any content we deliver to you prior to placement.

4. Publisher Editorial Control

All content is subject to the receiving publisher’s editorial review and standards. Publishers may request revisions or, in some cases, decline content after submission. Where this happens, we will work with you on revisions or reassign your order to a comparable site, as described in our order/refund policy communicated at checkout.

5. Link Placement and Replacement

Once a link is published, we do not control the host site’s future decisions to modify, unpublish, or alter that page. If a paid placement is removed within a set period of the original publish date, we will replace it with a comparable placement or issue a partial/full refund at our discretion, subject to the specific terms disclosed for your order tier.

6. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and are due in full at the time of order unless a separate agreement is in place for agency/volume accounts. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on order status. Orders that have not yet been submitted to a publisher may be canceled for a full refund. Orders already submitted for editorial review are generally non-refundable but may qualify for reassignment. Replace this section with your specific, actual refund policy before going live.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services to promote illegal content, malware, adult content (unless explicitly agreed in advance), or content that violates the intellectual property or rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates this section, with a partial refund for unfulfilled portions of the order.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBN Backlink Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of rankings, traffic, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Third-Party Sites

We are not responsible for the content, availability, uptime, or future policies of third-party publisher websites where links are placed. Publisher sites are independently owned and operated.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where this business is legally registered. Update this line to name your actual country/state once your entity is set up.
